Martin has been with Anthony Webb since 2001 during which time he has successfully built and maintained strong client relations through his negotiations and customer service reputation.

He is absolutely dripping in local knowledge which enables Martin to give accurate valuations and honest advice to our clients. Knowing the potential buyer of your property offers a unique insight to vendors in order to best advise them on how their property is performing once on the market and to adapt the strategy if required.

His experience over the years ensures that once a property is online the team at Anthony Webb will ensure that it is seen by as many potential buyers as possible increasing the chance of a quick sale at the best price. Communicating with our vendors and buyers at every stage of the process Martin's experience pays dividens for our clients and offers them peace of mind at this otherwise stressful time.

Martin is also qualified to produce EPC certificates, detailed floor plans, expert photography and property particulars.

When he is not playing hard ball in the office Martin enjoys playing tennis and spending time with the kids.
