Coronavirus notice to tenants

Dear Tenant

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is posing a challenge for both people and businesses alike - The World Health Organisation has declared this outbreak can be characterised as a pandemic.

We are writing to all our tenants regarding Coronavirus and the possible closure of our office, and the possible reduction in services (including on-site staff) in the near future. As you are aware the news and advice is very fast moving and it is likely this advice will be updated in the future. Please ensure that anyone living at, or visiting your property is made aware of the below guidance.

Self-Isolating
Should you find yourself in a situation that you have to self-isolate you are required to let Anthony Webb know as soon as possible. You must do this by sending an email to the Head of Property Management james@anthonywebb.co.uk. Once you have done this you must also try to call the office on 02088827888 to verbally inform us – This call must be done during working hours.

Anthony Webb – Potential Office Closure
Should we be forced to close our office, we will be running a skeleton service from home. We have taken precautions to allow our team to be able to access emails from home so please email us in the normal way during working hours. We have also set in place producers to divert all calls to our mobiles. We would encourage you to only contact us if you are reporting an emergency at this time as we may be unable to respond to non-urgent matters.

Loss of Contractor or Staff Services
A further implication is that contractors or on-site staff may be unable to go to work. This may mean a reduction or even a complete ceasing of certain services. Alas, like ourselves, our contractors are also reacting to changing circumstances on a daily basis.

Emergency Out-of-Hours Calls
Our out of hours mobile number will be available for emergencies only. The number is 07535690927. This number is to be used in absolute emergencies only (For example an emergency is something like a water leak coming through the ceiling rather than the washing machine breaking down). If you cannot get through please send a text message or a WhatsApp message to this same number. In all messages please give your name, address, contact details and a brief description of the problem.

We want to reassure you that we have taken appropriate advice and set in place measures for the safety of our tenants, staff and contractors. In the meantime, if you'd like more information please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Please look after yourself and stay safe. For real time updates, please refer to comprehensive resources prepared by the World Health Organization and UK Government Response.

Thank you for your co-operation at this difficult time.

The team at Anthony Webb
