Our own restoration project in Palmers Green

Over the past 15 years we like to think that we have built up a good reputation locally as a trusted friendly estate agent. With that in mind we have always wanted to expand locally towards Southgate.

When the old Patersons shop became available in 2014 it seemed like the perfect solution, close to our Palmers Green office but based in the heart of the Lakes Estate.

On signing the lease we were excited about the renovation project ahead and it was not long before we discovered hidden Edwardian gems under carpets, behind plasterboards and the suspended ceiling.

We are in the process of lovingly restoring these original Edwardian features and our shop front. We look forward to unveiling the new office that will combine the old features with modern fittings this September. It should make for an impressive addition to Aldermans Hill.
