What is involved in a valuation
A valuation will begin with an informal chat with the valuer. This will enable the agent to fully understand your circumstances and give sellers the opportunity to ask questions. The valuer will then take a tour of your property, either accompanied by the owner or on their own - it is up to you. This will allow them to evaluate the property. Following the tour, the agent will share local market insights, marketing techniques and comparable sales information.
