Phil Spencer announces Anthony Webb as top agent in the UK for customer service

Anthony Webb wins award at the 22nd annual ESTAS Awards, the most prestigious awards in the UK property sector
The Palmers Green-based agency was honoured with the award for Best Agent in the N13 postcode and took home Bronze for Best Agent in North London, for both landlords and tenants, at the prestigious 2025 ESTAS Customer Service Awards, sponsored by Reapit and PayProp. The winners were announced by the nation’s favourite property presenter, Phil Spencer, in front of an audience of 1,100 of the UK’s leading property professionals at the iconic Grosvenor House in London. The awards are powered by The ESTAS own customer review platform which recognises the best estate and letting agents for customer service based on service ratings from homemovers who have been through the whole moving experience with an agent. This year’s results were calculated from over 300,000 customer review ratings.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 addressed the live audience “As someone who’s had the privilege of hosting these Awards for over two decades, I’ve seen first-hand how The ESTAS can truly transform not just businesses—but lives. Estate and letting agents were recognised in regions and counties around the UK, National Grand Prix Awards were also announced for the Best Single Agent Office in the UK in sales and lettings.
