Can I sell my home and still benefit from the three-month stamp duty holiday extension?

With a potential saving of up to £15,000, it is not surprising that people thinking about moving have been keen to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday that was set to end on 31 March. This now looks like it is to be extended by three months, taking it up until the end of June 2021 and is rumoured to be announced in Wednesday’s budget.
