Property Particulars 
Our team will create an online property brochure detailing the best aspects of your home to enhance its value. This brochure will be distributed, via email, to prospective buyers to maximise impact and generate as many enquiries as possible. The brochure is also available to download from our website.
Floor plan and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) 
Sophisticated and detailed floor plans are essential for potential buyers looking at your property online. To accompany your floor plan we can prepare an EPC, required by law. EPCs provide potential buyers with your home’s estimated energy efficiency compared with the national average.
Presentation Advice 
Creating a great first impression can help secure a sale quickly. We can offer you presentation advice and put you in touch with our trusted trades people if you require any minor work to be completed before listing your property.
