Tony Ourris, Director at Anthony Webb commented: “Property owners can be confident in the robust nature of the market. There’s good motivation for buyers to get involved in the market in Greater London at the moment as mortgage rates are as low as they’ve ever been and the rental market is strong – positive signs for any buy to let investors or landlords in the region.”
"As a former estate agent myself, I was looking for an agent who shared my ethos for customer service, honestly, integrity and competence. I found all those qualities in Martin McKelvey at Anthony Webb. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish; from his accurate valuation, to finding me the perfect buyer in under two weeks of marketing, through to a successful completion despite some last minute hitches (out of his control). I found him - and all the team - to be polite, friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and positive at all times and am very glad I chose Anthony Webb. I would certainly recommend them as an agent you can trust to deliver. "
