Barbara Antoniou

Head of Property Management

Barbara has more than 15 years’ experience working with the public and private sectors in both the UK and Australia.

Her extensive experience has been gained through a variety of high level project management and advisory roles with a strong focus on project delivery, stakeholder and community engagement, public policy and client account management.

Prior to joining Anthony Webb, Barbara was a Senior Consultant delivering multi-million dollar projects on behalf of world-renowned global firms, as well as various Australian public sector organisations. She has worked at the heart of both the Australian NSW Government and the UK Government. Some of the standout achievements was delivering the UK Head of the Civil Service’ Capability Reviews flagship program, and in Australia, delivering the first ever NSW Public Service Employee Survey to nearly 400,000 employees. Barbara also obtained her real estate licence in Australia, working for one of the most established estate agents in Sydney, selling stunning homes on Bondi Beach and across the prestigious Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Barbara is a fitness enthusiast, who always enjoys taking on new challenges, including 10k runs and competing in functional fitness races such as HYROX and Tough Mudder. She also balances life with a bit of fun, socialising and entertaining family and friends, as well as spending quality time with her two young children, going on nature walks and exploring new places.
